Kevin Zulch and his team have been providing service excellence, with sensitivity to confidentiality and trust, to their clients since 1983. Kevin is New York City-trained, and practiced there for twenty-two years while building his private practice. He was a member of the senior staff in the private sector – as a tax manager and senior tax accountant – for JP Morgan Chase’s Private Banking Division, NYC (1983-1991); Sam J. Nole, CPA, NYC (1987-1991; and Cravath, Swaine & Moore, a major law firm, NYC (1991-December 31, 2002).
Kevin J. Zulch earned his Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Pace University and attained advanced credits in tax and financial planning. Kevin has developed strategic alliances with a network of professionals in the related fields of insurance, retirement planning, investment consulting, mortgage banking, real estate investment and estate planning to bring clients the latest and best services they expect and deserve with respect to all their financial goals. These professionals will work directly with Kevin's clients and interface with Kevin at the appropriate points in time in order to provide clients with a sound financial plan. Kevin is designated as a registered tax return preparer with the Internal Revenue Service. In addition, Kevin has completed the requirements to be part of the new Internal Revenue Service Annual Filing Season Program.

Angela May, Partner, Quickbooks ProAdvisor, has been part of Zulch Tax since 2004. Angela is responsible for overseeing all compliance matters in our office, as well as preparing individual, partnership, corporate, estate and trust tax returns in addition to payroll and sales tax returns. Angela received a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in both computer programming and accounting. Angela’s previous work experience includes the Controller’s Office of the University of Massachusetts, along with twenty years of bookkeeping, tax preparation and payroll processing in addition to programming and software training on payroll and accounting systems. Angela is designated as a registered tax return preparer with the Internal Revenue Service. In addition, Angela has completed the requirements to be part of the new Internal Revenue Service Annual Filing Season Program.
Erin Wade, Tax Preparer, joined our staff in 2014. Erin assists with payroll processing, payroll tax returns, and sales tax returns, in addition to individual income tax preparation. Erin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Marywood University concentrating in Management and Marketing. Her previous work experience includes 15 years as Production and Logistics Coordinator at Rock-Tenn, and several years in hospitality and restaurant management.
Debra Cole, Administrative Assistant/Billing/Bookkeeping, Deb joined us in 2017 and will be our client liaison to assist clients with their general questions, scheduling, and billing. She has past job experience with bookkeeping and payroll for several local businesses, and has previous work experience at Bard College in Accounts Payable , as well as payroll processing and bookkeeping on Bard's Banner program for American Symphony Orchestra.
Ruth Jones, Bookkeeper, joined our staff in 2017. Ruth's role on our team is as a dedicated bookkeeper, allowing her to serve clients' bookkeeping needs consistently, 12 months of the year without interruption from tax preparation. Ruth has decades of experience in all aspects of bookkeeping as well as payroll processing. She is adept with both Quickbooks Desktop, as well as Quickbooks Online, and will work remotely or onsite depending on our client's needs. Ruth's previous work experience includes positions as a Controller and Office Manager, allowing her to understand every aspect of our clients' business needs.
Bea Vos, Tax Preparer, joined our staff in 2009. Bea assists with individual, small business and partnership tax preparation. Bea is all a full-charge bookkeeper, providing on-site assistance with financial reporting, sales tax, payroll, data analysis and regulatory compliance. Bea received her Bachelor's Degree from Massachusetts College of Art and successfully completed the Bookkeeping program at Baruch College. Bea worked at Pustorino, Puglisi & Co., CPA's and also as Senior Analyst for Columbia University Finance. Bea is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and has extensive experience serving individual, small business, legal and non-profit organizations. She is well versed in Microsoft Excel in addition to Quickbooks and other web-based applications.
