Minimum Wage Rates
Effective January 1, 2026, the following minimum wage rates will be in effect in New York State:
NYC, Long Island, Westchester County: $17.00/hr
Remainder of New York State: $16.00/hr

The minimum salary required in New York State for the executive and administrative exemptions will remain as follows:
NYC, Long Island, Westchester County: $1,275/week
Remainder of NYS: $1,199.10/week
Holiday Closures
In observance of the holidays, our office will be closed December 24-26 and December 31-January 2, and will re-open Monday, January 5, 2026.
