January 2024 Deadlines & Staff Updates

As we get ready to kick off another tax season, we want to remind you of some important deadlines for this month.

 The following are due in January 2024:

• 1/15: 4th Estimated Tax Payment for 2023

• 1/31: 4th Quarter Payroll Tax for 10/1-12/31 

• 1/31: Annual Payroll Tax Forms 941 and W-2/W-3

• 1/31: 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC to subcontractors and the IRS
