Kevin J. Zulch

Kevin J. Zulch, President, earned his Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Pace University and attained advanced credits in tax and financial planning. Kevin is New York City-trained, and practiced there for twenty-two years while building his private practice. He was a member of the senior staff in the private sector – as a tax manager and senior tax accountant – for JP Morgan Chase’s Private Banking Division, NYC (1983-1991); Sam J. Nole, CPA, NYC (1987-1991; and Cravath, Swaine & Moore, a major law firm, NYC (1991-December 31, 2002). He has developed strategic alliances with a network of professionals in the related fields of insurance, retirement planning, investment consulting, mortgage banking, real estate investment and estate planning to bring clients the latest and best services they expect and deserve with respect to all their financial goals. These professionals will work directly with Zulch Tax clients and interface with Kevin at the appropriate points in time in order to provide clients with a sound financial plan. Kevin has completed the requirements to be part of the Internal Revenue Service Annual Filing Season Program.

Angela May

As a partner and the practice manager, Angela is responsible for overseeing all staff, technology, and tax matters. During the tax season, the majority of Angela’s time is spent preparing and reviewing income tax returns including individual, corporate, partnership, estate and trust. During the off-season, most of Angela’s time is spent working with clients to analyze their tax situations, offer tax advice, and handle estimated tax, payroll tax, sales tax, and offer accounting and bookkeeping support. Angela has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems which includes a concentration in both computer programming and accounting. She has decades of tax and bookkeeping experience, is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and annually meets the requirements for the IRS Annual Filing Season Program designation.

Lisa Zulch

Back in 1983 Lisa started the company with her husband, Kevin, out of their house and has continued to offer her tax advice and expertise as the business has grown and expanded over the years.

Erin Wade

As an experienced member of the Zulch Tax Team, Erin prepares individual, corporate and partnership income tax returns; handles all aspects of payroll including registration, processing, and tax filing; advises clients on sales tax requirements, handles sales tax registration, and submits sales tax filings; in addition to overseeing LLC and 1099 annual filings. Erin can help guide you in selecting an entity structure, and can help determine your estimate tax liability.

Olivia Snyder

Olivia’s role in our office includes individual, corporate and partnership income tax returns, client bookkeeping, payroll processing/filing, and sales tax filing. She has years of bookkeeping experience in addition to over a decade of experience in customer service, clerical work, and data management. Olivia also is a notary public and can offer her services free of charge to our clients.

Kayla Duntz

Kayla comes to us with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from SUNY New Paltz and has experience with commercial portfolios and consumer loans at The Bank of Greene County.  Her roles in our office include client bookkeeping, payroll processing/filing, sales tax filing, as well as tax preparation on individual, corporate and partnership income tax returns. Kayla also handles our internal billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.


aDMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Danielle Connor

Danielle has extensive experience in the customer service field. She will be our primary client service provider and will answer client phone calls, handle emails, and schedule meetings. Danielle is highly organized and will handle various administrative aspects of our office. She is very professional and maintains full client confidentiality. Danielle will be our first point of contact to handle all general client inquiries.
